You ship

You’ve put real software in front of real users. You can show us the diff, the on-call story, the customer that yelled at you when it broke.

You think in systems

Latency budgets, failure modes, blast radius — these aren’t scary words to you. You’ve thought about them on at least one project.

You write things down

A good design doc, a clear PR description, a runbook a teammate can follow at 2 AM. We’re a small team — what you write multiplies.

You’re hands-on with AI

You’ve worked with LLMs in production, or want to. You know prompt engineering is the easy part — eval, retries, evals, retries is the hard part.
