• AI & MaaS Solutions: Memory as a Service (MaaS) architecture, Voice AI agents, and custom workflow automations.
• Security & Compliance: HIPAA readiness, enterprise security audits, and deployment of proprietary cost-optimization tool stacks.

3. Data & Confidentiality

Any client data provided during the exploratory or deployment phases is subject to strict confidentiality agreements. For healthtech and enterprise clients requiring HIPAA or ISO-level compliance, separate Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) and Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) will supersede these general terms regarding data handling.

4. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall The Vector Company Pvt Ltd or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials or services provided by The Vector Company Pvt Ltd, even if authorized representatives have been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdictions in which we operate (USA and India). Specific governing laws will be defined in individual Statements of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreements (MSA).
