We didn’t start with a deck. We started with our own startup — InnovateHealth, a clinic operating system for independent clinics. The moment we tried to put AI in front of real patients and real calls, most of the “AI infrastructure” out there fell apart.

Vector Voice came first. InnovateHealth needed a voice front desk — Breeze AI — that could answer every call for a real clinic, day or night. Nothing off the shelf held up, so we built it ourselves. Then the questions started: “Are you HIPAA? Are you SOC 2?” — before we’d shipped a single feature. We saw the gap and built Vector Trust to answer it honestly. Vector Memory and Vector Agents came the same way: out of problems we hit ourselves, not a roadmap on a whiteboard.

So we built the stack we wished existed — and now we run it as the team for other founders too. We’re young founders, hands-on, and we’re not pretending to be a 100-person consultancy. We build for our own startup first, then for yours — and everything on this site is something we already run in production.
